The agreement between Electronic Data Solutions and In-Situ means that our long-term relationship with Hydrolab has come to an end. However, Elecdata will still offer customer support, training and repairs service for Hydrolab instruments including:
- Unlimited telephone support
- Assistance tracking customer support needs and repairs at Hydrolab
- Maintenance and calibration training
- Provide lower-cost and faster turnaround on non-warranty repairs through our business partner, Hydrotech
- Hydrotech is a highly specialized repair and support center for water quality monitoring equipment, including Hydrolab. The company is equipped with the latest technologies to handle anything from circuit board repairs to sensor calibration certifications. Hydrotech also custom makes advanced sensors, cables and other hardware, applying today's technologies to yesterday's multiprobes.
Zak Sihalla has been servicing and repairing Hydrolab instruments for 16 years, including 8 years as the lead technician at the Hydrolab factory when it was located in Austin and the last 8 years as owner of Hydrotech. His reputation for high-quality repairs and fast turnaround is impeccable. References are available on request.

What do I do if I previously purchased an Alpha Design TDG sensor through another manufacturer?
If you purchased the Alpha Design TDG technology through another manufacturer or supplier (YSI, Hydrolab,
Aquatic Eco-Systems, Hydrotech, etc.), you can still purchase your sensor from your current source. Warranty
repairs need to be directed to your current source as well.
For non-warranty repairs or product refurbishments, you have the option contacting In-Situ directly or
using Elecdata repair partner, Hydrotech ZS, in Hutto Texas.
Purchase of the Hydrolab TDG Probe, part number 70-027, and replacement membrane cartridges for Hydrolab
TDG probe, part number 70-020, can be made through Elecdata. Please call Elecdata for pricing information.
Refurbishing of Hydrolab membrane cartridges is also supplied by In-Situ, part number 70-020RW.
(Please contact Elecdata or In-Situ’s Service Dept. directly for an RMA number before sending membrane
cartridges in for refurbishment.)

Win-Situ Software 5.0 takes a fresh new approach to monitoring instrument control software with a large, easy to read display, icon based buttons, and friendly wizards. The basic functions--Home (real-time data view), Logging, Calibration, Setup, and MyData--are organized by five large tabs at the top of the screen. When connected, the unit type and serial are displayed on every screen. A dashboard includes the time of the instrument along with battery and memory gauges. Data logging setup has never been easier with our new setup Wizard.
