Microsoft Activesync should be installed prior to installing this demo package if using Windows CE hand helds. This is a free download from Microsoft.

The HydroPlus CE demonstration version has full functionality on the PC for 30 days but has limited capabilities on the hand held. On the hand held, the demo mode will run 10 times.

PC Compatibility
The minimum requirements are as follows:

• An IBM compatible PC with a 200 MHz Pentium II or greater processor
• Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP
• 32 MB or greater of RAM
• 30 MB of free hard disk space
• USB crade, IR port or RS232 serial port with MicroSoft ActiveSync connection
• SVGA or greater video (800 x 600 resolution), 256 or greater color setting

Windows CE-based Hand Held Compatibility
The minimum requirements are as follows:

• An 80486, StrongARM-compatible, MIPS, or XScale processor
• Windows CE v3.0 or PocketPC 2002
• 32MB or greater

To install the PC software...
Download the “HPSetup.exe” file into an empty directory or Open (Run) it from its current location.

When installing:
If saved to a local directory, from inside Windows Explorer double click on “HPSetup.exe” to install the files. Follow the instructions from the setup wizard.

When registering, type in “trial” for the serial number on the PC.

For the hand held, press the Demo Mode Button.

* Note to HydroPlus Users Wishing to Export Data to DataSight:
If running an unregistered version of DataSight for evaluation, the data export process from HydroPlus Host PC software will only function properly by following these steps:

1. Run DataSight.
2. Click the Continue Button when the registration dialog appears. Make sure the 'Tip of the Day' dialog is not active. Leave DataSight running.
3. Proceed with the data export procedure through HydroPlus Host.
4. After the data export has completed, press the F5 key in DataSight to refresh the display
