Installation Instructions for existing DataPlus Professional DOS only users who
want to update their older versions of DataPlus Professional DOS only to the most
current DOS version available.
This DataPlus Professional patch is ONLY for versions PRIOR to 2.0 (1.52, 1.71 etc.).
It will NOT patch any version 2.0 or later installations. It will NOT patch any
DataPlus CE components. It will update all installed DataPlus Professional files
if they are versions prior to 2.0. The same patch is used for all registered DataPlus
components including Host and the hand held Files.
To install the Patch...
If any DataPlus Professional components are running (i.e. Host etc.), close them
first. Download the "DPP Patch Pre 200.exe" file into an empty directory or Open
(Run) it from its current location.
If saved to a local directory, from inside Windows Explorer double click on "DPP
Patch Pre 200.exe".
This will replace older files. Follow the instructions from the setup wizard.
