DataPlus® Professional
is a Windows-based application generator for Windows CE or DOS hand held field computers that will quickly create flexible data collection applications. DataPlus lets you build applications that mimic clipboard data sheets. You design and test the application on your desktop PC then transfer it to your hand held. With DataPlus Professional you have the power to write custom user programs for advanced features.
The Microsoft Windows-based software consists of familiar user friendly setup screens. A
combination of keyboard and external device input, custom screens layouts, data error
checks, data entry types can also be accommodated.
DataPlus versions for generating DOS programs have been used successfully for many years.
Current DataPlus Professional users will be able to run existing DataPlus Professional
applications, without modification, on Windows CE devices. This will give you the
ability to upgrade to the latest Windows CE hardware without having to redesign your
software.

Second Edition or Windows Mobile 5 compatibility,
download the latest patch at no
charge. Note: The DataPlus MDB Data Converter is an optional extension of the
standard DataPlus File Converter that allows data collected with DataPlus Professional
to be exported directly to Microsoft Access (MDB) files. DataPlus Professional
Applications Generator, DataPlus Host or DataPlus Field Kit, versions 1.8 or higher,
must already be installed on your PC. This module is purchased separately.
For DataPlus Professional DOS users wanting compatibility with all Windows CE and
Mobile versions listed, in addition to DOS, purchase the DataPlus Professional
Package (DPPRO-PKG-CE), what additional Windows CE Portable Computer Licenses
(DPPRO-CEL) you will need, and if desired, the optional DataPlus Professional
MDB Data Converter (DPPRO-MDB). Note: The DataPlus MDB Data Converter is an
optional extension of the standard DataPlus File Converter that allows data
collected with DataPlus Professional to be exported directly to Microsoft Access
(MDB) files. DataPlus Professional Applications Generator, DataPlus Host or
DataPlus Field Kit, versions 1.8 or higher, must already be installed on your PC.
